The Pelvis & Pregnancy

Location: Santa Barbara Birth Center 2958 State St, Santa Barbara, CA 93105

Investment: $40

Pregnancy is a juicy, fertile, and holy portal. A living, breathing, sacred gateway. And your pelvis? It’s the ground floor of it all. The place where your power lives, and healing begins.

In The Pelvis and Pregnancy, we’ll return to the wisdom of the body–to radical embodiment. You’ll learn how your pelvic floor isn’t simply a muscle group—it’s a whole landscape. One that moves and holds, opens and carries, stretches and returns. We’ll explore the anatomy and function of this dynamic space, but more importantly, we’ll reclaim it.

This is a space for breath and movement. For discovering how your body meets gravity, and how you will meet the moment. You’ll learn how to move through pregnancy and birth with grace and strength—and how to trust the instincts already alive within you

In this workshop, we’ll explore:

  • The anatomy of the pelvic floor and how it shapes your health, your power, your presence

  • Practices for tending to your pelvic health during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond

  • How to identify imbalances and guide yourself toward healing

  • The role your pelvic floor plays in pregnancy, birth, and recovery

  • What it means to have a dynamic, responsive pelvic bowl—beyond just doing kegels

  • Movement practices that support flexibility, tone, and resilience in your pelvic muscles

Space is limited to 12 participants. Please email kyliewagneryoga@gmail.com to reserve your spot.

Meet Kylie

Kylie has spent over a decade watching bodies breathe, bend, and break open on the mat studying vinyasa, yin, therapeutic, prenatal and pelvic floor yoga. She’s learned the simple truth: that strength often looks like softening, and that the breath can carry you through just about anything. With a degree in environmental science and food systems, certificate in permaculture design, and as a passionate regenerative farmer, Kylie aligns with nature. She’s seen more lambs come into this world than babies, but all birth is wild, sacred, and untamed. As a holistic birth doula, Kylie supports women in creating fertile ground – in mind, body, spirit, and frequency – for birth to unfold in its most powerful form. Her presence is gentle but fierce, grounded but expansive. She believes that birth isn’t just something you survive—it can heal you. And that sometimes, to reclaim your power, all you need is someone who believes you already have it.
