Yoga

I have been watching bodies bend, breathe, and break open for almost a decade. My yoga experience is eclectic, with training in vinyasa, yin, therapeutic, prenatal and pelvic floor yoga. I work with a diversity of students at all levels, and enjoy going deeper in workshops. Learn more about my studio, private and workshop offerings below. Drop-in to one of my community classes:

Private

I offer private yoga sessions for both groups and individuals, including company retreats, workshops, bachelorette parties, and festivals.

Prenatal

I work with mamas both one-on-one and in group classes to support them throughout pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum. I currently sub the prenatal yoga class at SB Flow Yoga & Wellness Tuesday’s @ 9:00AM and Thursdays @ 4:30PM.

Pelvic floor

I am a Certified Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher and teach workshops, classes and individuals about the pelvic floor and how to heal from pelvic imbalances such as incontinence/urinary leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, painful sex and how to regain pelvic tone from childbirth.

 

Training
