My yoga journey began in 2010 at a small Bikram studio in Santa Barbara, California. What began as a call to movement and connection, led to a more subtle awakening of heart and spirit.
My yoga experience is eclectic, drawing from Vinyasa, Yin, Therapeutic, Prenatal and Pelvic Floor Yoga. I completed my advanced studies through the Santa Barbara Yoga Center and have been teaching both privately and in community spaces for over a decade. I am a Certified Prenatal and Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher, and love leading prenatal and pelvic health workshops for women.
I approach movement the same way I approach the natural world—with curiosity, deep listening, and respect for each body's unique rhythms. I am continually inspired by the body's innate capacity to grow, heal, and transform. My classes weave together structure and spontaneity, creating space for strength, softness, and play. Rather than pursuing perfect shapes, my teaching cultivates embodied awareness—moving with greater ease, energetic alignment, and trust.
As a former dancer, fluid transitions and embodied expression are at the heart of my teaching. Expect creative sequencing, moments of stillness, and practices that awaken both body and spirit. Each class is an invitation to expand, reconnect, and return to your center.
