Yoga

My yoga journey began in 2010 at a small Bikram studio in Santa Barbara. What began as a call to movement and connection, led to a more subtle awakening of heart and spirit. After completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training, I continued advanced studies at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center. My yoga experience is eclectic, with training in vinyasa, yin, therapeutic, prenatal and pelvic care yoga. As a former dancer, fluid transitions and embodied expression are at the heart of my teaching. Yet it was through deeper inquiry—in reiki, somatic trauma therapy, birthwork and meditation—that my work has become less about shape, and more about spirit. I serve students of all levels, and enjoy leading pelvic care workshops for women. Learn more about my studio, private and workshop offerings below. Studio

Drop-in to one of my community classes:

Prenatal

I work with mamas both one-on-one and in community classes, as well as facilitate prenatal workshops. I substitute the prenatal yoga class at SB Flow Yoga & Wellness:

  • Tuesday’s @ 9:00AM

  • Thursdays @ 4:30PM

Private

I offer private yoga sessions for both groups and individuals, including company retreats, workshops, bachelorette parties, and festivals.

Pelvic Care

As a Certified Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher, I work with people to improve pelvic health, and lead pelvic care workshops for women. I support both men and women suffering from pelvic pain, prolapse, incontinence, and sexual dysfunction.
