About
I was raised on an organic avocado ranch along the Gaviota Coast of California, where the rhythms of the land shaped my earliest sense of time and nourishment. My family grew most of our own food—guavas and kiwis over here, and pomegranates, cherimoyas, and peaches over there. I knew when each fruit was in season and ripe for the picking.
Biodynamic Farming
My love for organic food & farming was inspired by my late step-dad who was part of the Sunburst community in Santa Barbara in the 70’s. After studying Environmental Science and Food Systems at UCLA, I continued to learn more about permaculture, organic gardening, and soil health through workshops, trainings and books. For five years I supported Kiss The Ground’s mission as Farmland Program Director, providing financial, educational and training resources for farmers transitioning to regenerative agriculture. My hands were always in the soil volunteering at local farms, including White Buffalo Land Trust, Gaviota Givings, and Fairview Gardens. Biodynamic farming has become a recent passion of mine, attending workshops and seasonal gatherings through the Biodynamic Association of Northern California.
I shepherd a flock of 30 sheep and support holistic land practices at Âmevive, a natural wine grower in the Santa Ynez Valley. After attending the Hopland Lambing School and going through my first lambing season on the farm, I quickly became fascinated with birth.
My yoga journey started in 2010 in a small Bikram studio in Santa Barbara. What began as a call to movement & connection, led to a more subtle awakening of heart & spirit. I completed my advanced studies through the Santa Barbara Yoga Center and have been teaching both privately and in community spaces for over a decade. I am a Certified Prenatal and Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher, and love leading prenatal and pelvic health workshops for women. As a former dancer, fluid transitions and embodied expression are at the heart of my teaching. Yet it was through deeper inquiry in reiki, somatic therapy, and meditation that my practice has become less about shape, and more about spirit.

On warm, sun-kissed days you might find me in a mountain creek, grazing from my basket at the farmer's market, or sharing a nourishing meal with friends.
Birthkeeping
I witness women through the sacred rhythms of birth as a holistic doula and birth companion. I am enchanted with physiology, breech, twins, herbalism, homeopathy, and magic in general. My care is rooted in deep listening, speaking the language of the body, of breath, of instinct. I honor the innate intelligence of the body, respecting the unfolding of undisturbed birth.
