The Pelvis & Pregnancy

Your pelvis is the foundation for deep healing, intuitive connection, and embodied birthing. In this space you’ll learn how to move through birth with strength, and how to trust the instincts already alive within you.
We’ll explore how the pelvis is not a fixed structure, but a living, breathing landscape. One that moves and holds, opens and carries, stretches and returns. One that shape shifts in response to movement and positioning to create more space for baby to descend and rotate effectively. This is a space for breath and embodiment. For discovering how your body meets gravity, and how you will meet birth. Together, we’ll return to the wisdom of our bodies in a supportive, woman-to-woman environment where we can learn from one another through movement, observation, and shared experience.
My approach to birth honors the natural, undisturbed process of physiological birth, and the innate intelligence of the female body. Through gentle, hands-on techniques and embodied practices, we’ll work with these natural dynamics to create space, ease, and alignment.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
The anatomy of the pelvic diaphragm and how it shapes your health, your power, your presence
What it means to have a dynamic, responsive pelvic bowl—beyond just doing kegels
Practices for tending to your pelvic health in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
How to identify imbalances and guide yourself toward healing
Rhythmic movements, gentle inversions, and stretches that support flexibility, tone, and resilience in your pelvic muscles
Positions for labor and birth that open your pelvis to facilitate comfort and progression
Body balancing techniques to create space for baby and encourage a head down position
Partner support with counter-pressure, tractioning and jiggling

Meet Kylie
Kylie is a Birthkeeper, Yoga Teacher & Farmer raised on an organic avocado ranch along California’s Gaviota Coast. She has spent over a decade witnessing bodies breathe, bend, and break open on the mat through her study of vinyasa, yin, therapeutic, prenatal and pelvic care yoga. Her background in regenerative food systems and biodynamic farming deepens her approach to care—rooted in deep listening, attunement, and the understanding that every body, like every landscape, needs fertile ground to thrive. As a birthkeeper, she weaves together yoga, food as medicine, and evidence-based information to cultivate vitality, trust, and coherence between womb and heart. She believes birth isn’t just something to survive—it can be a source of deep healing. And that to claim your power, sometimes all you need is someone who believes you already have it.
